How to order

We have 5 convenient methods of ordering.

1. Order directly online from the laboratorymart.com site and give your credit card details online via our secure server.
2. Order directly online from the laboratorymart.com site but do not give your credit card information online. We will confirm your order via email and you can then fax or call in your credit card information.
3. Order directly by fax at 323-931-1434. You can send your fax to us 24 hours a day. Click here for your convenient order form which you can print out on your printer.
4. Order directly by phone by calling 800-824-2066 in the U.S. or 1-323-931-1204 international. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific time.
5. Place a regular company purchase order online, by fax, or by phone. Our terms are Net 30 on approved accounts. Click here for convenient order form.

Here is a brief description of our online ordering procedure.

1. Click the product catagory you are interested in.
2. Click the particular product you want to buy.
3. Click the BUY button for the item(s) you want to buy.
4. Click VIEWCART to see all the items you are buying.
5. Click CHECKSTAND to check out.
6. When checking out you will be asked about your preferred method of shipping- click the proper button.
7. The screen will show your complete order including itemized product costs, shipping charges (if any), California state taxes (if any), and order total.
8. The next screen will prompt you for shipping address, billing address (if different from shipping address), purchase order number (if any), your name, email address, and contact phone no. and fax no.
9. A secure screen will show where you can give your credit card information. If you do not want to give your credit card information online, check off the box that says that you will call or fax your credit card information to us.
10. We will confirm your order by email giving you a final invoice detailing total costs, delivery time, and method of payment. We will never email any of your credit card information over the net.
